Bathroom and Bedroom Refurbishment in Private Hospitals

Detail

The refurbishment of Bedrooms with ensuites in Private hospitals.
Creating various bathrooms and wet rooms. Requiring specialist antiligature fixtures and fittings.

Wellesbourne College

To install a mezzanine for a sport centre to hold gym equipment.

Grade 1 Listed Building

This building was to be renovated and leased out as business offices and a visitor centre.

West Oxford District Council

This project involved the stripping out of an existing Bank and convertion into a council payment centre.

Buckinghamshire Chilterns University

This project involved the strip out of an existing mezzanine floor and single steel partitioning in a metal workshop. Then installation of a new mezzanine covering the whole area and building offices above and below for computer studies and research and development.

Detail

A DVD manufacturer wanted to relocate and expand. Diversico Services were commissioned as main contractor to relocate, design and build the interior of the new factory.

Health and Safety

At Diversico Services we are committed to ensuring the highest standards in Health and Safety for our employees and sub contractors in accordance with the Health and Safety at work act 1974. The management of Health and Safety at work regulations 1999, the construction (design and management) regulations 2007 and the Environmental protection act 1990.

Site managers are responsible for ensuring safe working practises throughout the building phase and to make sure that the Health and Safety and Environmental plan is followed.
