Offices
Complete strip out of office area and
installation of partitioning, air conditioning, electrics,
windows, painting , decorating, lighting, carpets and
ceilings. |

Board Room
Complete strip out of old class rooms
and to take out existing block walls to enlarge the area,
also to create two Directors offices. Building work,
plastering, carpentry, plumbing, stud work, electrics, air
conditioning, lighting , ceilings , windows, decoration,
blinds and carpets.

Health and Safety
At Diversico Services we are committed to
ensuring the highest standards in Health and Safety for
our employees and sub contractors in accordance
with the Health and Safety at work act 1974. The
management of Health and Safety at work regulations 1999, the
construction (design and management)
regulations 2007 and the Environmental
protection act 1990.
Site managers are responsible for ensuring safe
working practises throughout the building phase
and to make sure that the Health and Safety and Environmental
plan is followed. |
