Cost Effective Storage Solution

Mezzanine flooring, which is essentially a steel raised platform, offers a very economical way to solve storage issues or to increase floor space. If your premises are suitably high enough internally, a mezzanine floor could actually save you from having to relocate by providing that much needed extra space for your business. Mezzanine flooring can be used for office use, retail or production and can either be single or multi tiered, accessed by stairs or lifts.

From Sports Hall to Sports Centre

Diversico Services undertook to transform this sports hall by dividing the area hall with fire wall and mezzanine flooring, fire rated to the underside. Stair cases were installed, electrics, carpet and decoration. The end result: Mezzanine had created a vast useable space for gym equipment on two floors that would never have been possible before.

At Diversico Services we are committed to ensuring the highest standards in Health and Safety for our employees and sub contractors in accordance with the Health and Safety at work act 1974. The management of Health and Safety at work regulations 1999, the construction (design and management) regulations 2007 and the Environmental protection act 1990.

Site managers are responsible for ensuring safe working practises throughout the building phase and to make sure that the Health and Safety and Environmental plan is followed.
